📦 Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Typically ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Processing time is 2–3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the piece. You’ll receive an estimated ship date when your order is placed.

 

🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic (Within United States):
    • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout.
    • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping:
    • Available to select countries.
    • Rates are calculated at checkout.
    • Please allow 2–4 weeks for international delivery due to customs and transit times.

 

🎨 Packaging

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely:

  • Paintings are wrapped in protective material and shipped in sturdy boxes.
  • Resin items are cushioned and sealed to prevent damage in transit.
  • All items are insured for loss or damage during shipping.

 

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Please include photos of the packaging and the artwork (for damage claims).
  3. We will work with you to file a claim and either replace or refund your purchase.
